If you are local to us & you would like to collect your order, please place your order as normal and select Free Local Collection at the checkout.
If you are local to me, I can deliver free of charge on a Saturday or Sunday. I will contact you to arrange a suitable time.
We hope you will be delighted with your products, but if for any reason, you are unhappy with your purchase, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of receiving your order to let us know that you wish to return any items.
Once a return has been agreed, package the item up and send it back to us within 14 days to the address on the parcel your order was sent in.
Please note that you are liable for any diminished value of the product resulting from the handling of the product in any way other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product while you are responsible for it - this includes when the product is in transit back to us.
We recommend you use a signed-for delivery service with proof of postage as we will be unable to action a refund if the parcel does not arrive back with us.
You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the product.
Once the product/s have been received back with us in their original condition, we will refund the cost of the
pre-agreed returned item/s to you.
Please note: The original postage costs for the order are non-refundable.
